So, if you've read the post below, you know that I've been working on some compositing for a friend's movie. However, I was about to reach my breaking point. Compositing is effing hard.
So then I said to myself - "Self, what can you do to make this go faster?" And then it came to me, and made me feel like a world class idiot - EDIT THE FOOTAGE. It's HD footage. Zoom in, dummy.
So I checked with my friend, and he had no issues with it. Wow. I was so excited to try my hand at compositing, that I overlooked the best time saving solution, and the best looking solution. Geez.
So now, I'm zooming along with this project. Next up, jazzed up end titles and some color correcting.
